Modlites battle it out in Broome

The 29th of July saw Modlites back in action at Broome Speedway with some spectacular racing from all drivers! Glen Dearle retired due to clutch issues after the first heat while a consistent run from BK Halliday throughout the night put him on pole for the 20 lap feature, however damage to the right front tyre forced him infield. The lead was taken over by Tim Taylor in 'Wilba Wild' who held the rest of the field off for the remainder of the race to take out 1st place, while father & son Harvey & Tom, battled it out for second and third. Tom managed to take out 2nd place with Harvey coming in a close 3rd.
